Navigating the journey to your healthiest self
Many of us have had the experience of overwhelm when navigating our health journey. There is so much information and advice in the world about how to be the healthiest version of you - what food to eat, how to exercise, how often to exercise, how to manage stress, when to eat and more. It often leaves us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and simply distrusting in ourselves of where to begin. For this webinar, we will be talking about how to find the routine and the health behaviours that are right for you. How to design a plan that works for you and your life and addresses what you need for your goals. We will be talking exercise routine, mental health management and general nutrition tips.

Working with our Perfectionism
Perfectionism is a trait that helps us achieve a lot of things. It can help us to be a good friend, a good worker or student and good at our hobbies and interests. But there are times when perfectionism stops serving us and begins to be quite debilitating. It cause impact us through self-sabotage, it can cause overthinking and rumination and it can impact our stress levels significantly. So how do we ensure that it is supporting us and that we can work with it? How do we ensure it is not negatively impacting out life's? How do we draw the line of taking pride in our work and not being too critical? How do we ensure that it does not effect our ability to engage in our work, study and hobbies at all?
A common thought is that when we begin to challenge perfectionism, that this becomes a slippery slope to us under achieving and under performing. This workshop is designed to give you the steps to challenging your perfectionism, use it in a way that supports and enhances your life and to ensure that we challenge it without feeling like everything we have worked for will be lost.

Emotional Regulation and Management
Emotions are the driver of all things and none of us are immune to experiencing them. Research states that there are thousands of emotions, with up to 27 categories of emotions. However, mmany of us often struggle to identfy how we are feeling outside of sad, mad and happy. Further to this, many of us struggle to manage these emotions effectively and utilise them for action that serves us.
In this webinar, we will discuss emotional awareness and identification - how do we accurately identify the emotion we are feeling and why is this important. We will then discuss the differences between emotions and what feeling a particular emotion actually means. Lastly, we will discuss what to do with these emotions, how to emotionally regulate and how this may differ for example between anxiety, anger, disappointment and shame.

Mind Over Body Journal Guide

Calling everyone that has one too many rants in their phone notes app. Calling everyone that wants to get into journaling, yet finds themselves staring at the page for a few minutes, unsure where to start, then scrolling through Tik Tok for 3 hours. Calling everyone who occasionally dumps information into a journal, just to look back on it the next day and criticize yourself for being “dramatic”.
Presenting! The Mind Over Body Journaling Guide!
We have spoken to too many people who want to get into journaling and know how helpful it can be and just do not know where to start! We wanted to design a guide that could support you with engagement in journaling which we believe is a great outlet for reflection, development of emotional awareness, decision making and for many, it is a wonderful place to develop self worth.
We have found that often journaling is one of the toughest practices to pick up. Pressure to be in routine and complete it every day, inability to find a time to do it, uncertainty of what to journal about or lack of ability to find suitable prompts are just some of the common reasons journaling often falls to the side.
Our guide includes support on developing your journaling practice, psychoeducation on the benefits and finally, an extensive list of journaling prompts covering a number of topics. These include:
- Emotional Awareness and Regulation
- Developing Self Worth
- Gratitude and Day to Day reflections
- Exploring your relationship with food and movement
- Values exploration
- Managing change
- Building neutral body image
And more!
